Subtract Days

Welcome to the Date Subtraction Tool! This tool allows you to calculate a new date by subtracting a specified number of days from a base date. This can be useful for tracking past events, setting deadlines, or analyzing periods leading up to important dates.

How to Use:
1. Enter the base date in the required format (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY).
2. Input the number of days you wish to subtract from the base date.
3. Click the 'Calculate' button to view the resulting date.

Example: If you want to determine the date that was 10 days before March 15, 2024, enter '03/15/2024' as the base date and '10' as the number of days to subtract. The resulting date will be March 5, 2024.

Additional Tips:
- Ensure the base date is entered correctly to avoid calculation errors.
- The number of days can be positive or negative. Positive values will move the date backward, while negative values will move it forward.
- The resulting date will adjust automatically for month-end and year-end boundaries.

Important Note:
Please verify that the base date is in the correct format (MM/DD/YYYY) and that the number of days is a valid integer. Incorrect inputs may result in error messages. Make sure to enter valid data to get accurate results.

The tool will display the new date based on the number of days subtracted from the base date. For example, subtracting 10 days from '03/15/2024' will give you '03/05/2024'. This feature is useful for various scheduling and planning needs.
